Ichie ("the app") is provided by Christian Häringer, Dusekestraße 43, 13187 Berlin, Germany ("we," "us").

Apple's terms

Ichie is available only from the App Store and the Mac App Store. Your licence to use it is Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Buying Ichie Pro, including cancelling the purchase and refunds, is handled by Apple under its Media Services Terms.

Your rights

Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights, including your rights as a consumer if the app has a defect or needs an update.

Using Ichie

You may use Ichie for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, including films you make for clients.

Ichie Pro

Ichie is free to download. Ichie Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks extra features in the Mac and iPhone apps. You can restore it on devices signed in to the same Apple Account, and share it through Family Sharing.

Your content

You own the Live Photos, music and other files you use with Ichie, and the films you make with it. We claim no rights to them and, as our Privacy Policy explains, never see them. You are responsible for having the rights to what you use and publish, especially music: using a song in your film and publishing that film can each need permission, and Ichie doesn't provide or license any music.

Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
