Your camera roll is full of tiny, living moments. Every Live Photo holds a second and a half around the moment you tapped the shutter, and most of them are never watched again. Starting today, Ichie turns them into one short film, on your iPhone and on your Mac.
Three steps, no timeline
- Pick your Live Photos. Ichie only shows Live Photos, so you don't have to search for them.
- Choose a format and a length. Keep the original format, or pick the Story format (9:16) for Stories, Reels and TikTok. Clips of the same length give the film a calm pace, or set the total length and Ichie trims every clip to fit.
- Export. Save the film to Photos or share it straight from Ichie.
Add your own music if you like; Ichie trims or loops it to fit. You can show the date, time and place on each clip, hide clips taken seconds apart, and watch the film before you export it.
Made for Stories, Reels and TikTok
In the Story format your film fills the screen. Mixed landscape and portrait clips are no problem: Crop fills the frame, Blur keeps every clip whole over a soft, blurred copy of itself. The small "Made with Ichie" credit stays clear of the apps' buttons.
Private by default
Ichie works on your device. Your photos, music and films never leave it: no account, no tracking, no data collected. The one exception, and only if you turn it on: for place names, a clip's coordinates go to Apple to look up the place.
Free, and Ichie Pro
Ichie is free to download. Free films are up to 15 seconds long and carry a small "Made with Ichie" credit.

Why "Ichie"?
The name comes from 一期一会, ichigo ichie: "one time, one meeting". Every moment happens only once. A Live Photo is exactly that, and Ichie strings them together so you can watch the day again.
